As the event organizer, I co-led the planning and execution of a themed social networking event titled “Masked Singles Night – A Virgo Season Gathering.” I was responsible for the full event cycle, including creative direction, promotional strategy, and visual identity coordination. I managed venue booking, arranged catering and beverage services, and oversaw on-site logistics to ensure a seamless experience for attendees. Additionally, I negotiated with potential sponsors and investors to secure partnerships, enabling cross-brand exposure and resource collaboration. The event attracted a strong turnout of young urban professionals, boosting both brand visibility and team credibility in lifestyle event management and commercial matchmaking.
